This business Unit also boasts an array of world firsts; dried yeast for the production of malt whisky in Scotland. A number of wine yeast strains specially selected for new world wines, a test kit for managing nitrogen requirements during wine fermentations and the launch of the first successful bio-control agent which is used in the control of post-harvest diseases in apples and pears. Modern gene-technology(GMO's) are not applied in any of our products.
